PUR Adhesive/Polyurethane(PU) Hot Melt Adhesive/PU RHMA for lamination

It is a one-component solvent-free moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive.

INTRODUCTION

It is a one-component solvent-free moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive. It is manufactured in accordance to FDA item 175.105, BGVV item XXVIII and EEC 90/128.

APPLICATION

It is widely used in the lamination of paper to aluminum foil and transparent films (such as BOPP, PET and PE). It is particularly suitable for different kinds of paper, such as OPP, and it can also be used for full-volume composite and on-line cutting.

APPLICATION GUIDE

It is applied in a composite machine with several coating systems.

Coating Weight

1.0-6.0 g/m2 (depending on the material and final usage)

Working Temperature

Dosing Tube: 70-85°C

Application Roller: 70-90°C

Nip Roller: 20-60°C

STORAGE

The shelf life is six months in unopened container at room temperature. Once the container is opened, the product has to be used as soon as possible. After using, the opened container should be well closed.
